ONA IS A CONCEPT THAT REVISITS THE IDEA OF GASTRONOMY BY COLLABORATING WITH THE NEW GENERATION OF INTERNATIONAL CHEFS AND BY CELEBRATING QUALITY INGREDIENTS AND LOCAL PRODUCTS.

ONA proposes an exceptional culinary for a limited time only. Created by Luca Pronzato in 2019, ONA offers a new concept for restaurants. After a career in restaurants such as NOMA in Copenhagen Luca took a gamble on young talented chefs and put together a team to create ephemeral fine dining experiences all over the globe. ONA was born for the curious restaurant-goers, the risk-takers who value creativity, taste, and sustainability, by inventing a new restaurant model that gives young chefs the opportunity to fully express their art, and to do it on their terms. ONA has already opened three pop-ups: Ona at the Beach in Costa da Caparica (Portugal), Basel on Fire in Switzerland and L’Appart in Paris.Each pop-up is made-to-measure by the ONA team and offers a unique experience thanks to the selection of local producers and furniture on site.
